Oracle recruitment drive 2024 for Business Analyst . A business analyst plays a crucial function in any project team. Serving as the primary point of contact between the project manager and the users, they collect data, record procedures, and get user approval for the completed papers.
A business analyst is being hired by us to work on our project. You will be directly responsible to the project manager and collaborate with other business analysts. You will be primarily responsible for carrying out thorough requirements analysis, recording procedures, and conducting some user acceptance testing. You should naturally be analytical in your thinking and able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical people if you want to succeed in this profession.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- an MBA or a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar discipline. Excellent mental and analytical thinking abilities.

Job Responsibilities

- Validates all steps of documents for 100% accuracy
- Accurately documents the various steps of the process cycle.
- Effectively mediates process between Channel rep and Partner Customer Focus
- Consistently executes daily task within SLA
- Takes ownership on deals and ensures customer satisfaction.

- Effectively restates and questions current processes Communication Skills
- Effectively communicates between stakeholders ensuring accurate message is delivered. Learning
