Parallel Wireless hiring freshers from 2023 / 24 for trainee . Fresh graduates who joined a company to obtain real-world experience are known as trainee engineers. Under the direction of a manager or supervisor, trainee engineers carry out a variety of duties, such as doing research, preparing reports, organizing data, and helping staff with new projects. They also make suggestions on how to improve current procedures.
We are looking for a recent graduate who can work well under pressure to become our next trainee engineer. Attending meetings, carrying out desk and field research, carrying out any practical and administrative tasks delegated by the supervisor, visiting different locations as needed, helping with projects, making improvement suggestions, and composing reports are all part of the trainee engineer’s duties. You ought to be able to collaborate with others and be willing to take risks.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- engineering degree that is pertinent.
- Technical field experience would be beneficial.
- Perhaps a driver’s license is necessary.
- mastery of the arithmetic language.
- critical and analytical thinking abilities.
- strong communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities
- doing all of the responsibilities assigned by the manager and lending a hand when needed.
- observing current methods and approaches and making recommendations for enhancements.
- gathering information and carrying out study.
- visiting various locations and obtaining hands-on experience in unfamiliar work environments.
- collaborating closely with employees to develop positive working relationships and professional values.
- following safety and health regulations at all times.
- participating in workshops and meetings.
- submitting to be evaluated in every way while completing the traineeship.
- putting together reports and making presentations for employees and other stakeholders.
