We are seeking a qualified software engineer to work on projects that our company is currently developing, working in tandem with our outstanding software development team. Developing and overseeing software system validation and testing procedures as well as managing our software programming projects are just a few of the responsibilities. In order to provide project status updates and proposals, you will also collaborate closely with clients and departments that span functional boundaries.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid CS fundamentals and exceptional coding skills. Â
- Good communication and cross group collaboration skills.  Â
- Experience in Azure, Exchange, or other cloud and distributed systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design/development of software and ensure its quality. Â
- Defining new components with complete understanding of service interdependencies and limitations. Â
- Possess knowledge and be curious to learn more about performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices. Â
- Creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts for iterative development. Â
- Work effectively with product development and engineering teams. Â
- You must be self-driven, curious to learn, proactive, and result-oriented.  Â
