A cyber security engineer with an analytical mindset and a thorough grasp of cybersecurity procedures is what we are seeking to hire. Cyber security engineers are required to perform well under pressure, have exceptional problem-solving abilities, pay close attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Academic Eligibility Tech Mahindra :
- Candidate should have scored min. of 70% or 7 CGPA (without rounding-up) in SSC/10th, HSC/12th/Diploma (in case done) and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
- Eligible Courses – BE/B. Tech – Cyber Security or MCA/M.Sc in Cyber Security
- Candidate should have completed the eligible course in 2023/2024 without any backlogs and in possession of consolidated marksheet or provisional degree certificate issued, at the time of offer
- There should not be a gap of more than one year after completing SSC and before joining the graduate/post-graduate course. Also, there should not be a loss of academic year after joining a course

Selection Process for Tech Mahindra :
The online exam will only be accessible to qualified applicants. Every exam serves as a filter for the following round of the hiring procedure.
- Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story
- CyberXpert Technical Test
- Verbal Communication & Psychometric Test
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
A test link for each round will be sent to qualified candidates via their registered email address. Applicants should also check their spam or junk mail folder.
Rounds 1-3 will take place online, while rounds 4-5—which consist of technical and HR interviews—will take place at a designated TechM campus.
Location of Joining and Timings of Work :
- Open positions available at Pune & Hyderabad locations only
- Candidate should be flexible to work on different projects at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Centres or client locations
- spread across the country according to company work hours
- Candidate should be open to working in different shifts
Bond & Compensation upon selection :
- Candidate will be on probation for 6 months
- Candidate will be eligible for CTC of INR 5.5 L /Annum
- Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory service period of 2 years from date of joining the company
