Software Engineer/Developer :
Our organization is in need of a proficient software developer to assist in the advancement of our ongoing initiatives. Writing code to construct software and alter it to correct bugs, make it compatible with new hardware, enhance interfaces, and increase performance will be the main tasks assigned to you. Along with managing system testing and validation processes, you will collaborate with departments or customers on technical problems pertaining to software system design and maintenance.
Java Full Stack Developer :
We are searching for extremely talented programmers with prior Java web application development experience. Among their responsibilities are the analysis of user requirements and corporate objectives, the determination of program features and functionality, and the recommendation of modifications to already-existing Java-based applications.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- deep understanding of all aspects of the application development (SDLC) and support life cycle
- strong in analysis, design, development, testing and troubleshooting solutions.
- skills in Java, Spring boot and Python technologies.
- Skills in using SQL, JPA, and databases like PostgreSQL or Azure SQL.
- good practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS for rapid prototyping.
- exposure to building cloud native solutions using microservices and containers like docker.
- fluent in development methods, tools and techniques, systems design and architecture
- comfortable working with people from a diversity of backgrounds and cultures
- well-developed business communication skills – both written and verbal
- ability to naturally facilitative approach to problem solving
- strong personal prioritization and time management
Job Responsibilities
- provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
- analyze business requirements for Group CTO Technology which will have firm wide impact
- design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
- providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
- conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
- see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production
