UBS Off campus drive 2024 for Graduate Trainee Engineer . Graduate engineer trainees work as trainees for firms after completing their degree in engineering. They complete all duties given to them and obtain real-world experience through working on projects, making reports, and utilizing CAD software.
To add to our talented team, we are looking for a trustworthy graduate engineering trainee. The supervisor will provide responsibilities to the graduate engineer trainee, and they will include producing reports, performing research, helping other engineers with projects, and completing all assignments. In addition to being able to take initiative and provide unique ideas, you should also be able to follow directions.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- General education degree, high school diploma, or equivalent.
- Capacity to remain composed in the face of anxious or agitated clients.

Job Responsibilities
- keeping a professional, sympathetic, and upbeat demeanor toward clients at all times.
- answering consumer questions as soon as possible.
- utilizing a variety of channels to communicate with customers.
- Recognizing and addressing consumer grievances.
- Being well-versed in our products will enable you to respond to inquiries.
- handling requests, orders, forms, and applications.
- Maintaining documentation of consumer communications, purchases, remarks, and grievances.
- coordinating and exchanging information with colleagues as required.
- giving comments on how well the customer service procedure works.
- overseeing a group of less experienced customer service agents.
- Make sure the client is satisfied and offer competent customer service.
