We are searching for an extroverted customer service representative who can respond quickly, effectively, and amiably to our clients’ product inquiries. The customer service representative will play a crucial role in keeping customers by responding to complaints and product problems and by maintaining a courteous, professional communication style. You will use your multitasking abilities to navigate computers, type call documentation, and listen and speak to consumers.
Your goals as an Amazon Customer Service Associate are to anticipate problems, respond to inquiries, and satisfy customers. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will respond to their inquiries by email, chat, and/or phone. This covers everything, from inquiries about orders and products to problems with payments and website assistance. Our customer service representatives navigate, investigate, and evaluate solutions using a variety of tools in order to have productive client conversations.

qualifications need :
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- You’ll need a quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)

- carrying out additional tasks as required.
