Work form home jobs in Recruit CRM for Software Engineer .We are looking for “Intern Software Engineers – Batch 2025.” As a TSE you will be involved in all aspects of software development. You will be an integral part of the engineering team.
We are seeking a qualified software engineer to work on projects that our company is currently developing, working in tandem with our outstanding software development team. Developing and overseeing software system validation and testing procedures as well as managing our software programming projects are just a few of the responsibilities. In order to provide project status updates and proposals, you will also collaborate closely with clients and departments that span functional boundaries
Duration, Stipend & Compensation structure :
- This program starts with a paid 3-month internship where you will be working 21 hours/week as an Intern.
- Internship stipend: INR 7,500/month (Part-time)
- At the end of three months, on the basis of performance, you will be moved to our final paid 6-month training program where you’ll be working 42.5 hours/week as a Trainee.
- Training Stipend – INR 15,000/month (Full time)
- Upon successful completion of this 9 months program, you will be absorbed on the payroll of the company with a CTC of INR 7,00,000 p.a. basis business requirement.
Selection Process (Online/Virtual) :
- Test 1 (Online MCQ based)
- Test 2 (Technical Coding Round)
- Test 3 (General Skill based Test)
- Test 4 (Online Coding based)
- Technical Interview.
- Final Interview.
We are a fully remote working organization. The entire process from application to selection will be virtual/online mode. Post joining the working mode will be online/work from home.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with software developers to develop the best implementations.
- Develop efficient, reusable, reliable and scalable software.
- Build features and modules from scratch.
- Maintain existing features and modules.
- Key skills Java/Php/Python.
