They collaborate with the sales representative to determine the needs of the client and provide tailored business software solutions. Their job is to explain and illustrate the qualities of software solutions that are most appropriate for the client.
We are seeking to appoint a seasoned solutions engineer to support our driven sales force. It will be your responsibility as a solutions engineer to lead discovery conversations with our skilled sales representatives, prepare and give presentations, walk clients through the capabilities of firm products, and develop unique software solutions.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- a bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
- prior employment history as a solutions engineer.
- knowledge of the software and hardware used in businesses.
- superior communication abilities.
- Outstanding communication abilities with others.
- the capacity to develop comprehensive software solutions.
- Capacity to communicate concepts in an organised, intuitive manner.
- Be mindful of the details.
- experience in sales.
Job Responsibilities
- facilitating sales agents’ discovery calls with clients.
- meeting to talk about the software and hardware requirements of the clients.
- collaborating with the sales team to develop a strategy for bespoke solutions.
- putting together and giving presentations on certain products.
- creating and implementing hardware and software solutions that are specifically tailored for the client.
- Fixing issues and evaluating the installed system’s performance.
- delivering follow-ups after installation.
- establishing and preserving connections with customers.
- answering any technical questions for the sales staff.
