Work From Home job in Certify for Operations Analyst . As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.
We are seeking an operations analyst to assess the operations of our business and offer suggestions for enhancing operational effectiveness. After a careful examination and analysis of our present policies, resources, operations, processes, and procedures, the operations analyst will be in charge of creating and executing modifications and new procedures.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Fluency in English
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- Strong attention to detail
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Job Responsibilities
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
- Complete applications for provider licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS customers
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
- Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
