Job Description :
Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Work may be reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy. Follows established processes and directions.
We are looking for a skilled software engineer who, along with our excellent software development team, will be responsible for working on projects that are currently being developed on by our company. Duties will include but are not limited to developing and directing software system validation and testing methods, as well as directing our software programming initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-agent orchestration pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph or Haystack.
- Develop and manage data pipelines and orchestration workflows for AI and ML models.
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for AI applications.
- Build agent communication interfaces and API integration layers.
- Implement context management, tool-use capabilities, and error recovery.
- Collaborate with Prompt Engineer and Model Engineers for reasoning consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Quantitative and problem solving skills
Skills required:
- Strong in Python, REST/gRPC, event-driven programming.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of backend systems, orchestration, and microservices
