Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations

Drive sales through active client interaction, follow-ups, and relationship building

Assist customers in-store, via calls, or online platforms (as applicable)

Maintain product knowledge to confidently present features and benefits

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper product display (if retail-based)

Process sales transactions accurately

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance
REQUIRED EDUCATION & Experience:
