Job Description :

The Product Operations team partners with Technology and Business functions to ensure high-quality delivery of products. Operating in an Agile/Scrum environment, the team is globally distributed and focuses on improving customer experience, enabling business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Network engineers are in charge of creating and managing the daily operations of the computer networks that businesses and organizations depend on. A local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), intranet, and extranet are examples of these networks.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in software development projects under mentorship, contributing to coding, testing, and debugging activities
• Learn and apply software development best practices including version control, code reviews, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Gain hands-on experience with modern development tools and technologies used in enterprise software development
• Support maintenance and enhancement of existing applications while learning the codebase and business requirements
• Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to develop professional communication and project management skills

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or .Net
• Basic understanding of software development concepts including object-oriented programming and data structures
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, IDEs, or command line interfaces
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, React or Angular
– Exposure to database technologies including SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
– Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes
