Job Description :

We are seeking a talented software engineer that will work with our outstanding software development team on projects that our organization is currently working on. Developing and overseeing software system testing and validation procedures, as well as leading our software programming projects, will be among our responsibilities. Additionally, you will be communicating project statuses and proposals in close collaboration with clients and cross-functional departments.

Using the React open-source library ecosystem, React.js developers create and build user interface elements for JavaScript-based web and mobile apps. All phases of interface component design, from conception to final testing, are handled by these talented front-end developers.

Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement robust test strategies, detailed test plans, and test cases aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Test Execution & Optimization: Drive test execution, optimize test coverage, and ensure efficient test environment setup.
• Quality Assurance Metrics: Monitor and report QA metrics regularly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.
• Defect Management: Log, track, and validate defects; perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaboration & Communication: Actively participate in scrum ceremonies, provide QA sign-offs, and maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams.
• Automation Readiness: Support the implementation and maintenance of automation frameworks by identifying areas for automation and collaborating with automation engineers.
• Release Quality: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, adhering to sprint timelines.

Core Skills

• Manual Testing Expertise: Proven experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web and mobile applications. Ability to design detailed test cases and execute them effectively.
• Test Data Management: Hands-on experience in creating, managing, and validating test data for diverse scenarios, including edge cases and negative testing.
• Tools Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Azure Test Plans, JIRA, Zephyr, or equivalent test management and bug tracking tools.
• QA Metrics & Reporting: Ability to define, track, and report key QA metrics such as defect density, test coverage, pass/fail rates, and execution progress using dashboards and reports.
• Root Cause Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify defects, perform impact analysis, and collaborate on fixes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, workflows, payment gateways, and customer journey testing is highly desirable.
