Key Responsibilities
- Responding to functional assistance incidents from the business users, problem analysis and change implementation.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to the recurring problems and resolution.
- Provide timely and effective reporting/updates on status of work being done for Incidents, Service Requests and change implementation.
- Working with super users to resolve all issues for the reported incidents. Troubleshoot the issues on Oracle Support site and if required open SR with Oracle for critical issues.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Work in night shift and flexible to take up shifts in other time zones.
Requirements
BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent from recognized University. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
