Key Responsibilities
1) Work with the Product Manager to gather, document, and refine requirements from business stakeholders and customers.
2)Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes, where applicable.
3) Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
4) Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
5) Prepare clear documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process flows, and release notes.
6) Support internal and external stakeholders with product-related queries.
7) Learn and apply best practices in agile product development and product lifecycle management.
Requirements
- ) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3) Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace for documentation and presentations.
4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5) Good understanding of product lifecycle and requirement gathering processes.6) Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
