What you will do

Product Research & Strategy

• Understand product problems and translate them into clear requirements

• Conduct competitive research, benchmarking, feature analysis

• Support creation of PRDs, workflows and feature definitions

Program & Execution

• Work closely with product managers, engineering & design

• Track execution, timelines, dependencies

• Help run product sprints and standups

• Maintain project documentation and dashboards

Customer & Internal Insights

• Talk to internal stakeholders & customers to gather insights

• Analyse product usage, CX feedback, and data patterns

• Identify problem areas and propose solutions
