Key Responsibilities
- AI-Augmented Development & Operations
- Use AI tools (GPTs, Amazon Q Developer, GitLab Duo/Premium) to automate and enhance DevOps processes.
- Use Amazon Q Developer for context-aware code suggestions, automated code reviews, and unit test generation directly within your IDE or CLI, streamlining the development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure
- Deploy autonomous AI agents to automate routine DevOps tasks, such as infrastructure changes, and configuration updates.
- Integrate AI-powered security platforms for automated vulnerability detection and compliance checks in DevOps workflows.
- CI/CD Pipeline Maintenance
- Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab.
- Assist in automating testing and deployment processes for development teams, including AI-assisted troubleshooting and code review.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Learn and implement Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.
- Help in writing and maintaining scripts to automate infrastructure deployment, including AI-powered automation.
- Containerization & Orchestration
- Learn to manage and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Gain hands-on experience with AWS EKS for orchestrating containers.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Assist in monitoring system performance and optimizing resources, using AI-based analytics and anomaly detection.
- Help troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and system issues.
- Security & Compliance
- Learn best practices in securing cloud infrastructure.
- Assist in implementing security measures, monitoring vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Support cross-team communication and alignment on DevOps and AI practices.
- Support the environment while on call in shifts.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- We are looking for 1+ Years of experience in Devops role.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts, especially AWS.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and basic system administration skills.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python or Java.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI-driven development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tooling such as GPTs, Amazon Q Developer, GitLab Duo/Premium, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
- Advanced job-related certifications are preferred but not required. Technical certifications are a plus.
