Job Description

As a Consulting Engineer Trainee, you will dive deep into networking technologies, understanding how Cisco and other industry-leading products work. You will work closely with experienced engineers to develop technical solutions, troubleshoot complex customer problems, and contribute to meaningful projects. Through hands-on training, you’ll build critical skills — both technical (network protocols, switching, firewalls, automation) and professional (communication, problem-solving, client engagement) — preparing you for a future engineering role in IT.

Join the global Customer Experience team driving excellence and focused on delivering high-quality technical support, critical business services, network deployment, device management, and automation solutions. It serves a broad and diverse client portfolio including education, healthcare, government, IT, and consulting, working in close alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values to provide strategic, client-oriented experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Scripting: Develop and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., using Selenium, Appium) for web/mobile/API testing.
  • Framework Support: Assist in building and updating test automation frameworks.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers, QA, and DevOps to understand requirements, integrate tests, and define strategies.
  • Debugging & Analysis: Identify, diagnose, and report bugs; analyze test results and provide reports.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical docs for tests, processes, and results.
  • CI/CD: Learn to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have graduated in 2025 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
  • Must be available for a period of 12 months starting January 2025.
  • Must have good communication skills, passion for technology and the desire to learn with proactive engagement in a team.
  • Must have enrolled as a “student” on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You should have Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) in any stream with no active backlogs.
  • Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
  • Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, “Can do” attitude,
  • proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
  • Must have graduated in 2025 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
