We are looking to hire a dependable, well-organized Management Trainee. Completing all assigned tasks, which may include working in various departments, learning about operations, handling conflicts, attending meetings and workshops, visiting other offices, offering assistance and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and creating documentation, are among the duties of the management trainee. Additionally, you must to be able to finish any necessary assessments.

Management Trainee Responsibilities:

1. Conduct extensive research to identify potential companies and prospects from the target market.
2. Create and manage database with contact details for the qualified prospects.
3. Collect market intelligence through secondary research on the target accounts for efficient sales strategy.
4. Create calling, email scripts to effectively deliver the messaging crafted by the sales, marketing teams.
5. Conduct targeted sales calls (cold calling) in order to gain, validate key customer information, promote services and achieve appointments for the field sales team.
6. Conduct email campaigns, handle responses and qualify them into leads.
7. Act as a plug-n-play resource for different campaigns targeting separate services to separate markets.
8. Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
9. Participate in management meetings to provide campaign status reports, share market feedback and help fine tune the outreach methodology.
10. Engage with potential leads to understand their needs and qualify them based on predetermined criteria
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status within a CRM system.
12. Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in a management role or similar.
