Job Overview
The Marsh Intern supports client service teams, brokers, and consultants in delivering risk management and insurance solutions. This internship provides hands-on experience in insurance broking, risk analysis, client relationship management, and corporate consulting within a global professional services environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Support

Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and policy documentation

Support brokers in servicing existing client accounts
-
Participate in client meetings and take meeting notes

Help track policy renewals and endorsements
2. Risk & Insurance Analysis
-
Conduct research on industry trends and market conditions
-
Analyze client risk exposures and insurance requirements
-
Support data collection and risk modeling activities
-
Assist in preparing renewal comparisons and benchmarking reports
3. Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain client records and databases
-
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal policies

Coordinate with insurers and internal departments
-
Support project management tasks as assigned
4. Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with cross-functional teams (broking, claims, analytics)

Attend training sessions and professional development workshops

Demonstrate continuous learning about insurance products and risk solutions

Qualification
-
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in:
