Job Description :
- The Technical Support Intern will support the customer performance monitoring and remote technical assistance function for deployed robotics systems. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world robotics operations, system diagnostics, and data-driven troubleshooting.
- The intern will work closely with the technical support and engineering teams to monitor system health, gather logs, track service tickets, and support spare part tracking across customer sites.
