They should have a degree related to the work they are being trained in.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To manually label data points, which can include text, audio, video, and images as per the guideline and instructions
• Maintain the consistency and correctness of labeled data by adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• The ability to operate effectively under supervision, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to comprehend directives and directions for tasks.
• Reading Ability: The applicant must possess the ability to decode or interpret written content.
• Writing Ability: The applicant should be able to describe a picture, video, or audio clip using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and sentence structure.
• Listening Ability: The applicant must have the ability to accurately receive and interpret audio

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to objectively evaluate content and identify subtle linguistic nuances.
• Excellent command of grammar, syntax, punctuation, and stylistic conventions.
• Skilled at identifying factual inaccuracies and logical inconsistencies
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
