We are hiring a Software Engineer / AI Developer who will contribute to the design and development of AI-powered applications. This role involves working on Generative AI, LLM integrations, and backend systems using Java and Python.

You will be building intelligent systems using modern AI techniques like Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic Workflows, while integrating enterprise data using Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Develop and maintain backend services and AI agents using Java and/or Python

• Build and optimize Gen AI applications using:

  • Prompt Engineering

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • Agentic workflows (multi-agent systems, memory, tool usage)

• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for seamless AI-tool integration

• Work with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate

• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and APIs

• Collaborate with product and research teams to deliver AI solutions

• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems

• Strong programming in Java and/or Python

• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts

  • Prompt design & tuning

  • RAG pipelines & document chunking

  • Agentic workflows (LangChain, tool calling)

• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral)

• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)

• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
