We’re looking for a dependable graduate engineering trainee to join our qualified team. The graduate engineer trainee will be in charge of completing all responsibilities assigned by the supervisor, aiding other engineers on projects, conducting research, and preparing reports. You should be able to follow directions while also taking initiative and coming up with unique ideas.

Graduate engineer trainees have earned a degree in an engineering subject and are working as trainees for companies. They complete all prescribed duties and receive practical experience while using CAD software, working on projects, and producing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.
• Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
• Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
• Conducting research and traveling to sites.
• Observing health and safety regulations at all times.
• Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
• Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.
• Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
• Establishing professional relationships with staff.
• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
