• Familiarity with MySQL / databases
• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• WordPress experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for job-related content
• Optimize on-page SEO: meta titles, descriptions, headings, and content structure

• Work on internal linking strategies and site architecture improvements

As a Business Development Associate at CommonJobs, you will be the voice of our platform. You'll connect with customers via phone calls, understand their needs, resolve their queries, and help them get the most out of CommonJobs. • Call existing and potential customers to explain CommonJobs services and resolve their queries
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

You will be responsible for building and improving the UI of our platform — making it fast, beautiful, and easy to use for thousands of freshers who visit every day. If you love turning designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages, this role is for you.

• Design and develop responsive web pages and UI components for CommonJobs.in
• Work closely with the SDE and design team to implement new features and landing pages
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of all pages
• Optimize pages for performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals (SEO-friendly)
• Maintain and customize WordPress themes, templates, and page builders
• Implement UI improvements based on user feedback and A/B testing results
• Write clean, reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code

• B.Tech / B.E / BCA / Any graduate in a relevant field (2023–2026 batch)
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind)
• Basic knowledge of WordPress theme development or Elementor / WPBakery
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for reading and implementing designs
• Understanding of browser dev tools and web performance basics
• React.js or Vue.js knowledge is a bonus
