Cognizant Freshers hiring 2024 for Process Executive .We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with a focus on data management. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience in mortgage loans and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the companys mission of providing exceptional financial services.

Process executives make sure that all inquiries are answered and that ties with clients are upheld. They also guarantee prompt delivery of high-quality goods.
Skills set Required for this Job :

- Demonstrate proficiency in handling appraisal and valuation functions related to mortgage loans.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process mortgage loan data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure all data entries are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data processing workflows.
- Provide support in the appraisal and valuation functions related to mortgage loans.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in mortgage loan processing.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in consumer lending and mortgage loans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and projects.
