During the development stage, test analysts assess computer hardware and software to make sure the system or product satisfies particular technical requirements. Test analysts make sure the product functions properly before it is marketed by finding and fixing mistakes that were missed during the development stage.
To assure product quality, we are searching for a rigorous and results-driven test analyst to create and implement test processes. In order to give a superior product before it is sold, it will be your responsibility as a test analyst to evaluate the viability and functionality of computer hardware and software.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- an IT or computer science bachelor’s degree.
- a track record of success using coding and computer applications.
- familiarity with software development.
- outstanding diagnostic and analytical abilities.
- proficiency with programming and testing methodologies.
- above average organized, planning, and detail-oriented skills.
- the capacity to keep track of technical assessments and produce clear reports on them.
- Proficiency in project management and aptitude for collaborative work.
- Effective time management and deadline compliance abilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
- Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
- Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
- Controls and manages own daily test activities.
- Provides internal quality assurance.
- Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
- Organizes and maintains the test script library.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.Â
