To expand our team, we are seeking a creative and seasoned quality analyst. The development and support of test strategies, test scripts, and process plans for projects falls within the purview of the quality analyst. The chosen applicant will collaborate closely with many departments to execute and verify test cases in accordance with quality standards and suggest modifications to pre-established quality guidelines. It will be your duty to guarantee that the finished product satisfies the minimal requirements for quality, is entirely functional, and is easy to use.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- 0 – 2 yrs. of experience in QA
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong academic track record
- Knowledge on testing methodologies
- Analyzing the functional requirements, writing tests and test cases execution
- Defects reporting and tracking
- Knowledge on writing SQL queries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about QA
- Knowledge on Bug tracking tools like Jira
- Knowledge on Warehouse Management System
- Knowledge on Postman/API testing
Job Responsibilities
- Create and carry out test plans to make sure all goals are reached.
- Use and keep an eye on test scripts to evaluate the service or product’s operation, performance, dependability, and quality.
- Determine the flaws in the production process and fix them.
- Encourage the implementation of preventative and corrective measures and keep an eye on them to make sure quality assurance criteria are met.
- Assemble and evaluate statistical information.
- Throughout the testing process, make sure that user expectations are fulfilled.
- Draft guidelines and protocols for quality assurance.
- Examine consumer grievances and product malfunctions.
- Assure continued adherence to industry and quality regulatory requirements.
