The duties of the process executive include finding new business possibilities, drafting weekly progress reports, keeping up good relations with staff and external stakeholders, and promptly and pleasantly responding to any inquiries. You ought to be capable of strengthening the organization and taking care of any weaknesses.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • Should have good command and Fluency over English and Hindi + Any other regional language will be added advantage. 
  •  Good knowledge and relevant experience on Direct taxation process and clauses. 
  • Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently 
  •  Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail. 
  •  Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills 
  •  Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge. 
  •  Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry. 
  •  Should be comfortable working from office. o Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer’s time. 
  •  Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value.
Job Responsibilities
  • generating fresh business leads and following them up.
  • composing and delivering proposals to potential customers.
  • ensuring that all procedures are followed in compliance with health and safety guidelines as well as company legislation.
  • forming and preserving connections with external clients and vendors in addition to employees.
  • answering any concerns or questions in a timely and courteous manner.
  • keeping an eye on employees and operations and developing plans to cut expenses and increase efficiency.
  • Creating performance and sales reports, as well as advising and training employees.
  • helping managers create incentives that enhance output.
  • participating in events and workshops to broaden one’s professional networks and skill set.
