Accenture is hiring AI / ML Engineers for the role of AI/ML Computational Science Senior Analyst. In this role, candidates will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems using machine learning, generative AI, and cloud-based AI services.
The selected candidate will work on building LLM-powered applications, agentic AI systems, and advanced machine learning pipelines that can be deployed in production environments. This includes working with RAG pipelines, vector databases, AI agents, and transformer models to develop scalable AI solutions.
Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into AI-native architectures and production-ready applications.
Job Responsibilities

Agentic & LLM System Development
-
Build agent-based AI systems including orchestration, planning loops, and tool integration.

Develop LLM workflows, prompts, templates, and evaluation frameworks.

Create autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents for automation, summarization, and decision support.
RAG Pipelines & Vector Intelligence
-
Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
-
Manage processes like data ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, and vector indexing.

Integrate vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or pgvector.
-
Improve retrieval accuracy and reduce latency using reranking and evaluation strategies.
Model Integration & AI Operations
-
Integrate foundation models, transformer models, and enterprise AI APIs.

Develop systems to monitor model performance, hallucination detection, and drift monitoring.
-
Implement evaluation frameworks including offline testing, regression testing, and safety checks.
Full-Stack & Cloud Development

Deploy AI applications using Python, Node.js, or Java microservices.

Build cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Create CI/CD pipelines for safe model deployment and version control.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or AutoGen

Strong Python programming skills

Knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases

Understanding of transformer models, embeddings, and prompt engineering
