Adobe Apprenticeship Program | 2025-26 monthly stipend of ₹40,000 INR

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and structured training modules that cover Adobe-specific tools, workflows, and company culture.

• Collaborate with a functional team (e.g., software engineering, user experience (UX)/design, data science, digital marketing) and contribute to project tasks under guidance.

• Assist in the design, development, execution or support of features, prototypes or deliverables aligned with team objectives.

• Learn and apply best practices in your domain (e.g., coding, UX research, creative production, digital analytics), and deliver high-quality work.

• Engage in mentorship meetings, peer reviews, and feedback sessions; incorporate learnings into your work.

• Document your progress, share learnings, and participate in knowledge-sharing within the team and wider apprenticeship cohort.

• At the conclusion of the program, support transition plans whether into a full-time role, further apprenticeship, or other placement as defined by Adobe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Marketing) OR equivalent work/project experience.

• Strong interest in technology, design, creative digital experiences or analytics, depending on the track of apprenticeship.

• Basic proficiency in domain-relevant tools or languages (for example: for tech track – one or more programming languages; for design track – Adobe Creative Cloud tools; for data/analytics track – some familiarity with data tools) is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools and environments, and work collaboratively in a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to receive feedback and iterate on work.

• A portfolio (for creative/design track) or examples of projects/academic work (for tech/data track) demonstrating initiative, creativity or problem-solving.

• Available for the duration of the apprenticeship period (typically several months) and able to commit to the schedule (may involve hybrid or on-site work depending on location).

• A strong desire to build a career at Adobe or in a similar digital environment, with a growth-mindset and willingness to pivot across tasks.

The selection process includes:

• One online assessment to evaluate programming and computer science fundamentals.
• One technical interview to assess problem-solving and technical proficiency.
• One behavioral interview to evaluate communication, teamwork, and cultural fit.

Adobe looks for candidates with basic programming knowledge, a solid grasp of CS fundamentals, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional setting.

Upon selection, apprentices will begin in December, 2026. Note: Apprentices will be required to be officially registered under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), aligning with India’s initiative to promote skill development and industry readiness.
