Job Overview

We are hiring Associate Technical Consultants with 0–3 years of experience who are passionate about development and eager to grow in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) landscape. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge of Java and front-end technologies, who want to work on enterprise-level digital experience solutions. You will be trained and mentored in AEM, AEM Forms, and AEM Experience Data Services (EDS), contributing to building forms, workflows, and customer-facing platforms for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and configuration of solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM EDS

• Develop and enhance AEM components, templates, client libraries, and workflows

• Build adaptive and responsive forms using AEM Forms and EDS frameworks

• Collaborate with UX designers, backend teams, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital solutions

• Integrate backend systems and APIs using Java-based logic

• Conduct unit testing, debug issues, and assist in deployment processes

• Learn and follow Adobe best practices related to performance, accessibility, and security

Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in Core Java, OOPs, Servlets, and JSP

• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end basics

• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts

• Willingness to learn AEM Sites, AEM Forms, Assets, and AEM EDS

• Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to work in an Agile environment

• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to any CMS (AEM, WordPress, Sitecore, etc.)

• Basic understanding of AEM-related technologies like Sightly/HTL, OSGi, CRX/CRXDE

• Experience with tools like Maven, Git, Jenkins, JIRA

• Knowledge of JSON schema, XML, or data processing concepts

• Exposure to Angular or React frameworks

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field

• 0–3 years of experience (projects and internships are counted)
