Job Description :
To handle data analytics issues in our company, gather massive amounts of data from various sources, clean and analyze data, develop ways to overcome obstacles, and interact with interested parties, we are seeking to hire a very creative data scientist.
Data scientists use computing and statistical and mathematical methods to examine unprocessed data. This could entail processing and filtering data in order to arrive at insightful interpretations and findings, as well as developing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and product managers to define objectives and data requirements.
- Source, integrate, and evaluate data from various sources for AI/GenAI model development and evaluation.
- Prepare data for modeling, including cleaning, feature engineering, and specialized needs.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
- Support model evaluation and develop reports and metrics for tracking.
- Utilize GenAI tools to enhance analytical workflows and generate synthetic data.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, and contribute to ethical AI practices.
- Monitor model performance and participate in continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- GenAI experience deployed to production
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Advantage:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Knowledge of MLOps/AIOps principles and tools.
- Experience with big data technologies like Spark.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of data analysis work.
