Job Description :
As an Application Support Engineer for the SHL Assessment Platform, you’ll take charge of diagnosing application issues, conducting in-depth root cause analysis, documenting resolutions, and communicating key details across our global organization. You’ll also play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvements in application quality, collaborating with our global application support team to ensure seamless performance and an exceptional user experience.

Required Skills
- Deliver application support for the SHL Assessment Platform.
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and see them through to resolution.
- Document bugs, improvements, and enhancements within an Agile software development framework.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Commercial, Client-Support, and leadership teams to support, automate, and streamline processes.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
- Strong troubleshooting and solution finding abilities.
- Know-how in relational databases like MSSQL/MySQL.
- Excellent communication for interacting with global teams and clients.
Desirable:
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and web services.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with Agile project management and CI/CD processes.
