Job Overview:
In order to support client decision-making, an Associate KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) helps with complex, knowledge-based tasks like research, data analysis, and report generation. This requires strong analytical skills and domain knowledge (e.g., finance, legal, healthcare), frequently involving in-depth data handling, using tools like Excel/SQL, and contributing to specialized projects in a focused area. Although duties differ, they always revolve around processing information and offering insights, going beyond simple data entry.
The Associate KPO handles specialized activities that call for in-depth subject knowledge in order to give clients with insightful reports and advanced analytical and research support for intricate business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and information gathering on specific topics or markets.
- Analyze complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and financial models.
- Support financial analysis, risk assessment, or legal research (depending on specialization).
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables, adhering to standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide support.
- Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other specialized software for analysis.
Knowledge, Skills required for the role
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good Knowledge of financial product like Mutual funds, Pension product
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and follow process.
- Accurately process, record, review and complete various administrative operations in a timely manner including but not limited, Placing Dealing, Open Accounts of Clients, Update/Amend Client’s personal information on the account
