Job Description :

An Associate, Regulatory Affairs (RA) plays a crucial role in the product lifecycle from development to market approval, requiring strong detail orientation and compliance knowledge. RAs prepare and submit documents, maintain regulatory files, review labeling, work with R&D/Quality, and track regulatory changes to ensure products (pharma, medical devices, etc.) meet legal and health authority rules.

Creating and carrying out regulatory plans is the responsibility of a Regulatory Affairs Associate. They produce regulatory documentation for submissions to regulatory authorities, oversee the regulatory submission and approval processes, and direct operations to comply with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Global and Regional regulatory teams located across the globe to ensure regulatory activities are aligned to business needs.
  • Supporting stakeholders in managing product registrations and ensuring high quality submissions to Regulatory Authorities.
  • Responsible for Change Control Management Activities from End to End.
  • High Proficiency in Trackwise8 to handle Change Control Process and RIMS-Veeva Vault for Regulatory Submissions
  • Tracking of status and progress of regulatory filings
  • Maintenance of Regulatory systems, trackers and databases.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency with regulatory tracking systems (e.g., Veeva, Trackwise) is often required.
