Manage Partnerships & State Funding to head the identification, merger, acquisition and management of partnerships with state governments and union territories across India. This role primarily focuses on securing public sector funding and collaboration opportunities that support large-scale live music and entertainment .  Must understand government partnerships, fiscal planning, and music artist relations.

We are seeking a self-starter with a lot of energy to join our new graduate trainee program. Among your duties as a graduate trainee are shadowing different employees, taking part in educational activities, going to meetings and workshops, and visiting different workplaces to obtain real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with state governments, cultural departments, and tourism boards for live music and cultural events across India and adjoining countries.
• Build and nurture relationships with bureaucrats, government officers, and funding agencies.
• Draft and present proposals, concept notes, decks/presentations and business cases for funding and opportunities.
• Arrange for state specific grant application processes and track relevant government schemes and incentives.
• Ensure all necessary documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements are fulfilled as per Government and Board requests
• Manage timelines and deliverables associated with state funding for Live Entertainment.
• Own the P&L for assigned events or partnerships along with relevant business development point of contacts to ensure targets are being met.
• Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to create budgets, forecast revenue, and control costs along with Business, Project and Production teams.
• Ensure maximum profitability without compromising on creative or production quality as per BMSLive standards.
• Liaise with BMSLIve artist managers, booking agents, and talent agencies to facilitate talent acquisition for events with required governments.
• Ensure artists’ requirements, hospitality, and production expectations are met in line with budget and brand objectives.
• Coordinate with legal, marketing, production, brand solutions and creative teams to deliver fully integrated events with government bodies.
• Manage MOUs, contracts, and partnership agreements in consultation with the legal team.

Your Profile

1. Assisting with social media research, campaigns & posting. (Should be good with copy as well).
2. Assisting with creative briefs & PPTs.
3. Having a base knowledge of Adobe creative cloud, Canva, quick video-editing softwares etc.
4. Collating & organising creative assets & assisting the team with miscellaneous hygiene tasks.
