Job Overview

Capco internship roles are designed as 6-month, hands-on learning opportunities within areas like Talent Acquisition (TA), HR, Operations, Onboarding, or Data/Operations support. These internships give you real exposure to business processes and critical support functions in a global consulting and technology services environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Intern will work as a partner to the business by supporting the execution of multiple TA initiatives and participate actively in scheduling and coordinating steps of the recruitment process.
Schedule interviews for selected candidates Maintain continuous contact with potential candidates and provide follow-up and updates in our applicant tracking system as appropriate.
Support team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Should be a team player and results-oriented.
Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Should have strong verbal & written communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to consistently follow documented procedures.
Internship Duration: 6 months
