Responsibilities
- Assist with merchant onboarding, including collecting documents, performing KYC checks, VKYC, and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
- Support merchant account activations and process account change requests accurately and on time.
- Perform underwriting of merchant websites and identify patterns of fraudulent merchants.
- Collaborate with the Business Team to resolve queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest operational enhancements.
- Maintain required turnaround times (TAT) as per SLAs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in KYC, onboarding, or operations (internships included); exposure to fintech or payments is a plus ~ BBA, B.com or BA’ 2025
- Ability to understand merchant requirements and line of business for accurate onboarding.
- Strong analytical and process-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with merchants and internal teams.
- Quick learner, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
