Responsibilities

• Assist with merchant onboarding, including collecting documents, performing KYC checks, VKYC, and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
• Support merchant account activations and process account change requests accurately and on time.
• Perform underwriting of merchant websites and identify patterns of fraudulent merchants.
• Collaborate with the Business Team to resolve queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest operational enhancements.
• Maintain required turnaround times (TAT) as per SLAs and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in KYC, onboarding, or operations (internships included); exposure to fintech or payments is a plus ~ BBA, B.com or BA’ 2025
• Ability to understand merchant requirements and line of business for accurate onboarding.
• Strong analytical and process-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with merchants and internal teams.
• Quick learner, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
