Job Description :
Cognizant has officially opened its Superset registration for 2026 pass-out students as part of its Nov–Dec On-Campus Hiring Drive. This recruitment initiative aims to identify talented, high-potential engineering and technical graduates across India who are ready to begin their professional journey with one of the world’s leading IT & digital services companies. Through this drive, Cognizant offers students the opportunity to participate in a structured selection process that includes assessments, interviews, and role-based evaluations for various entry-level positions.
The hiring program focuses on students passionate about technology, problem-solving, and innovation. Candidates applying through Superset will be considered for roles such as Programmer Analyst Trainee, GenC Developer, and GenC Elevate, depending on eligibility and performance. Cognizant is looking for individuals who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Work on coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and develop scalable IT solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and assist in delivering quality technical outputs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow project workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within timelines.
- Learn new tools, technologies, and frameworks as required for project needs.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Java, Python, C/C++, or similar).
- Good knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts.
- Basic understanding of DBMS, SQL, Web technologies, and SDLC.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts, AI/ML basics, or automation tools is a plus (not mandatory).
