Customer support executives, sometimes referred to as customer service executives, oversee a group of customer service agents and uphold client satisfaction. They guarantee that the staff has received the necessary training to support superior customer service.
In order to oversee a group of agents who will provide exceptional customer service and post-purchase assistance, we are seeking a qualified Customer Support Executive. You will oversee the team’s customer service and develop policies and procedures. In the hiring process, the Customer Support Executive will be in charge of choosing employees and making sure that every customer receives the same level of service.
