Join the team aligned with CBS Clients & Markets, working as part of an extended NSE. The DRS team consists of professionals who collaborate with Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP), Client Relationship Executives (CREs) and Client Account Managers (CAM)s and other core account team leaders on some of our most important accounts – helping our teams build relationships and deliver work. You’ll oversee RPP, RFI’s and strategic activities – keeping our practitioners well informed and in front of the client while ensuring account operations run smoothly. As an Analyst, you’ll be a vital link between Deloitte, your team, and our clients.
The Analyst’s responsibilities will be centered around Bid portal management and support priorities set by the account leadership team. Additionally, Analyst will collaborate with an extended team to develop strong working relationships. This role will be part of teams consisting of up to 4-5 individuals and will report to the Assistant Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact and oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the proposal portal to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
- Focus on bid portal management, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and upload proposal documents and ensure compliance with submission deadlines.
- Monitor portal activity, track submissions, and generate regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure all proposals are submitted by deadlines and meet compliance requirements as outlined by the organisation or client.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Any Graduate / MBA. Background in Finance, Marketing and/or Business desirable
- Has exposure to pre-sales, RFP/pursuit environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, Power BI, and MS Word
- Attention to details and good communication skills
- Good professional English proficiency
Preferred:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to oversee daily operations and meet deadlines.
- Exposure to documentation, developing standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting
