Job Overview :
A MuleSoft Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role involves working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will communicate, align with the business and report to the Technical Manager.
Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively, demonstrated self-starter, with the ability to set the direction when there is little or no oversight. As a Technical Lead, should be able to coach, mentor & guide junior developers within the team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
- Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration flows.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and best practices.
- Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
- Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Experience with DataWeave for data transformation.
- Knowledge of RAML or OpenAPI for API design.
- Familiarity with various MuleSoft connectors and components.
- Experience with message queuing technologies (e.g., JMS, RabbitMQ).
- Understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Proficiency in Java or other programming languages.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred Qualifications:
- MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of security best practices in integration.
