Job Overview

We’re looking for a smart, driven, and curious Product Intern to join the product team at
Digitap. You will work directly with the Product Manager on real fintech problems across
underwriting, fraud risk, SMS based analytics, and PFM solutions.
This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to research, product documentation,
data-driven analysis, and feature execution, gaining end-to-end exposure to the product
lifecycle in a fast-paced startup environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Market & Competitive Research: Study industry trends, competing products, and customer segments to support product strategy.
• Data Analysis: Work with product usage data, SMS insights, and customer behaviour patterns to derive actionable recommendations.
• Product Requirements & Documentation: Write clear PRDs, user stories, and workflows for new features across Device Analytics, Expense Manager, and Fraud/Risk products.
• Execution Support: Collaborate closely with engineering to track progress, validate build, test features, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate with design, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment and high-quality execution.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle daily operational challenges, contribute to decision-making, and help refine product improvements.
