Eligibility

Registrations

• Registrations will open on 15th July, 2025 and closes on 29th July, 2025.
• All interested participants must register within the given window.

Round 1 – Online Test (Individual participation)

• All registered participants must mandatorily take a 30-minute quiz with 25 Situational Judgement Test (SJT) questions.
• The test will have questions to test the domain knowledge of the students.

Round 2 – Video Submission

• Participants who qualify based on the test will advance to Round 2.
• Team Formation Guidelines
  • There should be 1-3 members in each team.
  • Cross-campus teams are allowed.
  • Cross-year teams are allowed.
  • Cross-specialisation teams are allowed.
  • A participant can register in multiple tracks, with the same or different teams for each track.
  • Any changes to the team constitution will not be allowed post-registration.
• There is no upper limit to the number of teams from a campus.
• The case study will be accessible once Round 2 begins.
• Each team must submit a video discussing the proposed idea of your solution.
• The video should not exceed 2:15 minutes, with 45 seconds of talking time for each team member (in case of a team of 3).
• It is mandatory that all team members appear in the video for an equal amount of time.
• If you have any reference material (such as PPT, excel, whiteboarding) that you are using to explain your ideas, it should be shown in the video and not attached as a separate file. Any references or annexures that you are using should also be mentioned in the video
• Please submit your files in this naming convention only: Team Name_Member’s Name.
• The format of the submission will be MP4.
• Late submissions will not be accepted for evaluation.
• Post-evaluation, a list of all Semi-Finalists will be released.

Round 3 – Semi-Final (Detailed PPT Submission)

• Based on Flipkart’s evaluation of the submissions made by all the teams, the top teams will be identified. These teams will move to the Semi-Finals.
• A brief about the round will be shared with the qualifying teams separately.
• These teams will have to submit a detailed PPT of max. 8 slides (excluding cover slides and annexures) with innovative ideas and problem-solving based on insights from the last round.
• All supporting information/graphs/datasheets/other aids can be clubbed as annexures along with the submission.
• The presentation should NOT include the college names.
• Multiple submissions in the same track will lead to disqualification.
• Any submission post-deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
• Please submit your files in this naming convention only: Team Name_Leader’s Name.
• The format of the submission will be PDF.
• All teams will present their submissions to Flipkart Leaders in an online format, according to the received schedule.
• The panel will evaluate the performance based on the 15-minute presentation + 10 minutes of Q&A.

Round 4 – National Finale:

• The top teams from each track will advance as National Finalists based on their Semi-Final performance.
• All Finalists will be required to submit their final presentations.
• Please submit your files in this naming convention only: Team Name_Leader’s Name.
• The format of the submission will be PDF.
• Finalists will be invited to Flipkart’s Head Office in Bengaluru for the Grand Finale event, with expenses covered by Flipkart.
• The Finalists will present their submissions to a panel of eminent Flipkart leaders.
• The duration of the presentation will be 15 minutes, followed by a 15-minute round of Q&A.
• Results will be declared, and the national winners and runners-up (from each domain) will be rewarded at the ceremony.
