Job Description :
Using Cvent’s industry-leading event technology platform, you will play a crucial part in helping customers and internal teams design, configure, and execute successful events as an Event/Project Specialist. You serve as your customers’ main point of contact, assisting them with the operational and technical facets of setting up and carrying out events while making sure they are in line with their strategic objectives. To assist produce high-impact events, this role demands a balance of technical configuration, project coordination, client consulting, and onsite/virtual support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field. (Typical for event/project roles)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including client presentations and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively under tight deadlines.
- Technical proficiency with event technology platforms; ability to quickly learn and apply new software tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and coordinating with diverse internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for onsite event support and client meetings as required (this can be common for event delivery roles).
