Minimum Qualifications
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute communication plans to promote EY Foundation initiatives internally and externally Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, email campaigns, and leadership messages Collaborate with program leads to craft compelling stories that highlight impact and success Manage event-related communications, including pre-event buzz and post-event coverage Ensure brand consistency and adherence to EY communication guidelines across all platforms Track and report communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and KPIs Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail Ability to create impactful content for diverse audiences Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, internal portals, email tools) Creative thinking and storytelling ability to drive engagement Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in CSR or non-profit communications is a plus
