Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Strong expertise in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) module, with a focus on Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze security events and incidents, effectively utilizing ServiceNow to streamline incident resolution processes.
  • Proficient in integrating ServiceNow SecOps with other security tools to enhance operational efficiency and response capabilities.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability management to ensure comprehensive security posture within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ability to provide training and support to teams on the effective use of the ServiceNow SecOps module, driving best practices in security operations.

Qualification

  • People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
  • You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
