Job Overview

Winfo Solutions is looking for passionate and motivated freshers to join their Salesforce team as Trainee Software Engineers. This role offers hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and is ideal for candidates who have completed training or coursework in Salesforce and are looking to build a career in CRM development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Freshers with Salesforce training are welcome to join our expanding Salesforce practice.
• In charge of utilizing Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and more Salesforce technologies to create and modify Salesforce applications.
• Design and construct scalable Salesforce solutions in close collaboration with top developers and architects.
• Engage in technical design discussions, requirement analysis, and system integrations.
• Work together with QA, business analysts, and product owners in cross-functional teams.
• Keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates and adjust to fast-paced delivery situations.

Primary Skills

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration and development (Admin, Apex, SOQL, Flows)
• Good understanding of OOPs concepts and logic building
• Exposure to Salesforce App Builder and declarative tools
• Hands-on experience in Trailhead, Superbadges, or training projects
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Knowledge of deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, VS Code)
• Awareness of CI/CD concepts or Salesforce DevOps tools
• Agile/Scrum project exposure
• Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer 1 certification
